DIVE PACKAGES: CANCELATION, REFUND POLICY & NO-SHOW POLICY
NOT TO BE SHARED: Dive packages cannot be shared amongst 2+ divers, couples, family, etc..;
UNFINISHED: Unfinished dive packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, but can be used during 12 months window;
FLEXIBLE RE-SCHEDULE: We offer a flexible re-schedule for the next 12 months after the original first dive date. You are required to send us the new dates, without penalty, at least one week before your original dates. This condition is not valid for Peak Season or Holiday Season;
CANCELATIONS: Packages cancelations made 48 hours or less prior to activity start date, will be charged a cancelation fee equal to one day of diving, and you may re-schedule for the next 12 months after the original first dive date.
REFUNDS: There are no monetary refunds for medical cancelations, flights cancellations, natural disasters, war, coup d’état, terrorism, pandemics, epidemics, etc...
NO-SHOW: Please keep in mind that we offer full valet service and your tank(s) will be loaded and gear set before each dive. If you no-show for a dive without letting our office to know the day before, and before 3pm, we will charge you for the missing dive(s) in full.
